Brief description of the start-up process of concrete mixing plant

 In a concrete mixing plant, the main mixing machine is an important part, which can be directly related to the output of the whole plant and the quality of the concrete produced. The normal start-up procedure of the mixing plant is crucial, the following is a brief introduction of how to start the mixing machine correctly.

First, before starting the concrete mixer on, do a comprehensive inspection of the mixer.

Second, start the mixing motor (i.e. mixing host), while adding priming water and adding material to the hopper.

Third, start the winch motor feeding.

Foth， rough the winch motor to the mixing tank, add water to mix.

Fifth， Unload the material directly after mixing evenly, which will complete the complete start-up procedure of the whole mixing plant.
