Waste water treatment.

      Drainage ditches are installed in the commercial concrete plant and three-stage sedimentation ponds are set up at the end of the ditches, and solid-liquid separation equipment and filter press equipment are provided to separate waste materials from the well sewage for reuse. The deposited water is recycled so that the waste water in the entire production area is fully treated and then recycled, i.e. it meets environmental discharge standards. Noise control.

      Noise in a commercial concrete plant mainly comes from the main mixing machine, the air compressor and the vehicles in the plant. The noise from the equipment itself can be installed in an enclosed commercial concrete structure, and maintenance and repair can be strengthened in the course of operation, which extends the life of the equipment and reduces noise pollution. For the noise from vehicles, if the station is built in a residential area, a partition wall or partition belt can be installed according to the actual situation.

Solid waste disposal.

      Solid waste from commercial concrete plants is mainly cleaning and sand and gravel waste and household waste. A waste pond is built in the station for joint accumulation, handling and treatment. Waste from production can be proportioned to the production of commercial concrete according to the actual situation, while daytime waste should be transported by municipal waste trucks and handled together.

Dust control.

      The main areas where dust is likely to occur in a commercial concrete plant are the mixing plant feed opening, the material yard and the powder tank. The mixing plant chosen to eliminate dust spillage is a closed mixing plant. In order to further eliminate dust in the production, additional coloured steel plates are installed as dust surfaces and the space of the closed dust outlet is used to control the dust in the closed space. Two external symmetrical water mist spraying pipes are installed at the cement feeding mouth to restrain the dust and avoid dust dispersion from the source. The first thing to do in the yard is to install spraying equipment at the top, which can be manually or automatically controlled to restrain dust when the yard is dusty, and an automatic high-pressure water curtain can be installed at the mouth of the yard. This will prevent dust from spilling out.
