  Mixing device The mixing arm is streamlined in both axial and radial directions, which not only produces radial cutting effect on the material during mixing, but also plays a more effective role in axial thrust, so that the material can be mixed more vigorously and achieve a short time.   Transmission device:Two planetary gear reducers are used for transmission, the design is compact, smooth transmission, low noise and long service life. Automatic grease lubrication. All lubrication points are lubricated by electric grease pump through progressive distributor, with high grease pressure and high viscosity, and low power consumption, reducing the pollution of concrete by grease

  1.Mixing system: The shaft end seal adopts four seals, which can ensure the reliable use of the shaft end seal and eliminate slurry leakage. The mixing arm and blade are made of vanishing mould technology and special cast steel material, which makes them strong and durable; the arc liner is of interchangeable design.

  2.Transmission system: The reducer has low noise and smooth transmission; the stirring motor is made of domestic high quality motor with reliable performance; the v-belt is made of SPB type high quality narrow V-belt with high power transmission and long service life.

  3.Feeding system: The lifting motor adopts domestic high-quality brake motor, which ensures that the hopper stays in any position reliably when running under full load; the upper limit adopts double limits to limit and protect the hopper up respectively.

  4.Unloading system: Manual unloading and pneumatic unloading. When pneumatic unloading is selected, special tools are provided to prevent manual unloading in case of temporary power failure.

  5.Electrical control system: The main parts are imported components with excellent performance.
