With the development of municipal construction, concrete mixing plant has great advantages to realize the combined operation of mixing, transportation and pouring machinery. There are many kinds of concrete mixing plant equipment in the market now, the main difference is the feeding method and power source. Here we give you a detailed introduction.

  (1) According to the production process, it can be divided into single-stage type and double-stage type. Single-stage concrete mixing equipment is mostly in the form of a mixing building, which is usually called a concrete mixing plant. Its advantage is that the equipment is usually fully enclosed. Therefore, it is not affected by external climatic conditions, the process is reasonable and the production efficiency is high, but the requirements for plant installation are high and the one-time investment is large. Double-deck concrete mixing plant is mostly in the form of mixing plant, often called concrete mixing plant, in which the materials (mainly aggregates) need to be lifted to the storage bin first, then accumulated and measured separately, and then lifted twice, i.e. lifted to the mixer by using conveyor belt or lifting bucket. The advantage of this structure is the low structure height and low investment, but the secondary lifting process greatly reduces the production efficiency. There is another kind of mixing equipment between single-stage and double-stage. Aggregate metering process is raised after the end of the process.

In the storage hopper above the mixer, the hopper door is opened to convey the aggregates to the mixer after receiving the program command to convey the aggregates. In this case, it is possible to convey and meter different batches of aggregate before and after at the same time, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

  (2) According to the way of installation and handling on site, it can be divided into fixed, mobile and dismantling type. Fixed mixing equipment has a large production capacity and is a large mixing equipment, mostly used in ready-mixed concrete plants. Mobile mixing plant is equipped with walking equipment, and the main working parts are installed on the chassis, which can be moved at any time with good mobility, and is suitable for some temporary projects such as roads and bridges. The disassembled mixing plant is assembled by several large components, which can be assembled and disassembled in a short time and transferred with the construction site.

  (3) According to the different forms of operation, it can be divided into cyclic and continuous type. The material supply link, mixing process and discharge process of periodic mixing equipment are carried out in batches, which is the common form of mixing plant at present.

The material supply link, mixing process and discharging process of continuous mixing equipment are continuous, so it must be equipped with metering equipment to ensure the quality of discharged concrete.

  (4) According to the operation mode, it can be divided into manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. In the past, the simple mixing plant used in construction sites was generally manually operated concrete mixing equipment, but now the concrete mixing building and mixing plant used in construction sites are semi-automatic or fully automatic mixing equipment.

5) According to the production capacity and automation degree, it can be divided into large, medium and small concrete mixing plants. Large concrete mixing plants are mainly used in commercial concrete plants and concrete mixing buildings in concrete plants, with production efficiency up to 100~120m/h, all controlled by computer and with high degree of automation. Medium-sized concrete mixing equipment mainly refers to various concrete mixing plants used on site in small and medium-sized construction projects and road construction projects, and its production capacity is generally 60~100m3/h. Small-sized concrete mixing equipment mainly refers to simple single plant suitable for decentralized pouring, and its productivity is generally below 20m3/h. The common control methods are program control and manual control.
