Concrete mixing plant feeding problem solution

   There are two ways of feeding concrete mixing plant, belt machine feeding or hopper feeding. The former is mostly used in large stations, while the latter is mostly used in small and medium-sized stations, which is fed by the hopper that comes with the mixer. When it climbs to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the hopper door at the bottom of the hopper enters the horizontal fork of the loading frame, and the hopper door opens automatically, and the materials are put into the mixing tank through the inlet on the cover.

1. The feeding operation is not smooth;

   Reason: The feeding track is warped and uneven, the hopper roller is not in good contact;

   Solution: Check and adjust the two tracks to make the track straight and the track surface parallel.

2. The material is over the upper stopping point and pulling bad traction mechanism when feeding;

   Reason: (1) automatic limit device is out of order (2) automatic limit stopper is deformed and does not work; 

   Solution: (1) overhaul or replace limit device (2) adjust limit stopper.

  3. The hopper is stuck when feeding; 

      Reasons: (1) the rail is not installed flat (2) the hopper discharge door has foreign objects.

      Solutions: (1) re-leveling (2) remove foreign objects.　　

  4. The hopper under the mouth of the material is not material.

     Reason: (1) the wire rope is stretched (2) the wire rope card is loose; 

     Solution: (1) adjust the rope buckle to make it tight (2) twist the wire rope card.
