What are the differences between a concrete mixing plant and a concrete mixing plant?

Many people think that since concrete mixing plant and concrete mixing building are both equipment for producing concrete, there is no big difference, at most, one is big and one is small, one is tall and one is short. In fact, it is not, but what is the difference between these two sets of equipment? Let's briefly introduce them.

First of all, the difference between concrete mixing plant and mixing plant system: mixing plant has five major systems, such as material supply system, metering system, mixing system, electrical control system and other components. While the mixing building is relatively simple.

Secondly, the aggregate bin of the mixing plant is on the top, and the aggregate will enter the mixer directly after measurement, while the aggregate bin of the mixing plant is on the bottom, and the aggregate will enter the mixer after being conveyed by the inclined belt (some of them also use elevator) after measurement. In layman's terms, it is called a building if the aggregate is lifted once, and a station if it is lifted twice. Because the aggregate bin of the mixing building is on top, the steel structure will be bigger and the inclined belt will be relatively longer. But in terms of productivity, the productivity of the mixing building is about one-fifth higher than that of the mixing station.

In the operation, the energy consumption and failure rate will increase because the inclined belt of the mixing plant starts frequently, while the energy consumption and failure rate of the mixing plant are relatively low.

Finally, due to the smaller production capacity of the mixing plant, the structure is easy to disassemble and can form a container to transfer the location, which is suitable for the construction site, while the mixing plant is large in size and high in productivity, and can only be used as a fixed mixing device, which is suitable for large water conservancy projects or large production of commercial concrete supply.

So when customers differentiate concrete mixing plant and concrete mixing building, they should choose the right equipment from several aspects such as the number of times of aggregate (material) lifting and productivity.
