How to ensure the accuracy of the weighing system of high-efficiency concrete mixing plant

  1.In order to ensure the accuracy of concrete mixing plant aggregate measurement, the aggregate weighing scale must be calibrated once a month.

  2.In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of powder in concrete mixing plant, the powder weighing scale must be calibrated once a month. The following matters should also be noted.

The connection between the powder and screw conveyor and between the powder weigher and the main mixing machine should be made of soft and strong canvas cover or rubber cover.

The breathable pipe between the powder weigher and the main machine should be kept open.

To ensure the accuracy of the concrete mixing plant weighing system the installation of the sensor must be correct.

The discharge butterfly valve should be cleaned regularly. After a period of time, the butterfly valve and the upper and lower interfaces may be caked with water and gas, which may cause the butterfly valve not to open or close tightly and affect the measurement.   

3. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement of the concrete mixing plant liquid, the water and admixture must be calibrated once a month, and the following matters should be noted.

Additive weighing and its unloading water connection should be used loose rubber sleeve. The installation of the sensor must be correct.

The water unloading butterfly valve and admixture unloading valve should be checked every day to prevent leakage and affect the measurement.
