Maintenance of The Concrete Mixer

1.Maintain the body clean, remove the body of dirt and obstacles.

2.Check the oil, circuit and control equipment in each lubricating place, and fill the lubricating oil as required. 

3.Before each shift, add water to the mixing drum and run idle for 1-2 minutes, and check the reliability of the clutch and the brake. 

4. During the operation of the ready-mix concrete, the noise of the motor, reducer and transmission gear should be checked at any time to see if the noise is normal or if the temperature rise is too high. 

5.After each shift, the ready-mix concrete should be carefully cleaned.
