Maintenance of each main part of concrete mixing plant

  1、Mixing machine

　　①Cleaning: Discharge the accumulated material in the mixing barrel after each shift, knock off the cement blocks adhered to the barrel wall and mixing arms, shafts and blades and rinse them with water. Clean the dust on the sprocket cover and bottom travel switch. ② check the fastening bolts: the fastening bolts should be fastened securely, a loose immediately tighten, pay special attention to the mixing blade bolts shall not be loose. ③Lubrication: start the thick oil pump or manual oil pump to refuel the end of the mixing shaft before the shift every day, until the oil is squeezed out of the end of the shaft. This procedure should also be carried out at the interval before starting the machine, 3-4 times per shift. Every day before the shift, start the mixer idling, use the oil gun to add a small amount of lubricating oil to the transmission chain.

　　2、Material lifting system

　　① Clean up: the bottom of the machine in a timely manner to remove the accumulation of material. ② check and adjust: steering drum rotation is flexible, no abnormal noise, fastening bolts are not loose. Observe the belt wear, check the degree of belt deflection and be adjusted. ③Check the bearings and lubricate them with grease.

　　3、Batching plant batching machine

　　① Clean up: every day after the shift will be discharged in the bucket of materials, timely removal of debris in the lower part of the machine. ② check and adjust: weighing bucket suspension rod is not stuck by foreign objects, conveyor drive parts flexible, no abnormal noise. Trough crimped rubber and belt tight fit. Observe the belt wear, find out the reason and discharge. Check the degree of belt deflection and adjust it. Check whether the fixing bolts of the vibrator are loose, and re-tighten them. Check each bearing and lubricate with grease.

　　4、Cement and fly ash weighing hopper

　　①Clean up: brush off the dust on the weighing part after each shift. ② Check the screws on each scale pole, and tighten them if they are loose. ③ Lubrication: add a little lubricant in the weighing and lifting pivot part.

　　5、Screw conveyor

　　①Check: It is forbidden to store cement in the screw machine for a long time, if the machine is to be out of service for a period of time, the cement in the screw machine should be completely discharged. Every day check the import and export canvas receiver lock tightly fit, no leakage. ② lubrication: add a little lubricant to the drive chain with an oil gun, and add calcium-based lubricating grease to both shaft ends with a grease gun. ③Check the screws at each connection, and tighten them if they are loose.

　　6、Cement silo

　　①Check: the top of the silo should be covered tightly after each shift to prevent water leakage. ② lubrication: grease gun to the bearing parts filled with a little N68 (HJ-40) lubricant, to the two sides of the end of the shaft filled with calcium-based grease. ③Check the screws on each scale pole and tighten them if they are loose.

　　7、Exterior of the whole machine

　　①Check the connection bolts: if the bolts are loose or shifted, they should be corrected and tightened. ② check the ancillary parts: if there are missing parts, deformation, failure, should be supplemented, corrected, repaired or replaced. ③ check the operation of the whole machine: the parts should run normally, no abnormal noise and undue friction sound, responsible for the cause should be identified, to be excluded. Each motor, reducer and transmission parts, bearings are not overheated.
