Some common sense notes that must be known before putting the concrete mixing plant into use (operation workbook)

Precautions before starting the machine

1、Prepare qualified sand, stone aggregate, etc. according to the performance standard of the concrete mixing plant, and those beyond the permitted range must not be used.

2、All the meter heads must be set to zero position before using the concrete mixing machinery according to the regulations.

3、Check the oil level and oil quality of the gear box, if the oil is insufficient it should be added and not clean it should be replaced.

4、Check to pay attention to electrical safety, prevent electrical components and wires from moisture and damage.

5、Check whether the weighing device can be used normally, the rubber sleeve connected to the weighing hopper should not be stressed, otherwise it will affect the weighing accuracy, and its error should not exceed 1%.

6、Check that the lifting protector should be brake sensitive, check whether the safety pin of the lifting bucket is normal, if someone is working under the lifting bucket, make sure to lock the lifting bucket with the safety pin.

7、Check whether the direction of rotation of each rotating part is consistent with the direction of the arrow marked when starting the machinery.

8、The concrete mixing machine should be covered before starting. When working at night, there should be enough lighting.

9、After the hopper is raised, it is strictly forbidden for anyone to stay under the hopper, and it is forbidden to use the hopper to lift heavy objects.

10、It is strictly forbidden to run the mixing work without water in the pump.
