Planetary Concrete Mixing Plant

  The planetary mixer is a high  concrete mixing plant with high mixing efficiency and more uniform mixing results. The main equipment of the mixer is the reducer, which adopts a planetary design, simulating the characteristics of planetary operation, the mixing arm drives the mixing shaft to form a rotation and a revolution, which can form a complete and dense mixing track in the effective time. This allows a complete and dense mixing track to be formed in the mixing cylinder, allowing more all-round mixing of the material and a more uniform mixing effect.

1. Low wear and tear of the equipment

The bottom and the wall of the mixer are equipped with wear-resistant lining plates made of wear-resistant metal sheets.

  2. Safe and reliable operation

The planetary concrete mixer is equipped with a PLC control system for visualisation and operation. The system is equipped with two modes of automatic or manual operation, and the values of the recipe and mixing time can be modified directly through the operating panel. The motor can be automatically disconnected and equipped with an emergency stop switch near the mixer to achieve safe operation.

  3. Easy maintenance and servicing

The planetary concrete mixer is equipped with an observation door with quick hitch lock, which provides convenience for customers to observe the mixing process of the material. The inspection door is used for maintenance and replacement of spare parts, and the wear-resistant lining plate at the bottom of the machine, the mixing blades and the wall and bottom scrapers are easy to replace.
