  The upgrading of concrete mixing plant is mainly for commercial concrete mixing plant. Generally, the engineering concrete mixing plant is selected to meet the maximum quantity of procurement, so the number of engineering concrete mixing plant upgrades is relatively small, while the commercial mixing plant is usually upgraded with 120 stations to 180 stations and 180 stations to 240/270 stations, and there are more combinations when upgrading. In this way, the cost is relatively small and the transformation is mainly on site. This kind of transformation is usually based on the equipment with short service life and the concrete mixing plants produced by big companies such as Zoomlion Heavy Industry and Sany Heavy Industry. However, for small plants and older plants with small safety factor, small platform or severely corroded equipment, partial parts replacement is adopted, such as direct replacement of batching bins, direct replacement of main building, replacement of conveyors, etc. Of course, those that can be retained can be retained as much as possible so as to save less cost, especially cement bins.
