What equipment is generally available in a concrete mixing plant
I. Mixing equipment
That is, the general concrete mixer. At present, domestic manufacturers basically use double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer, which has strong mixing function, uniform and rapid mixing, high productivity, and can achieve good mixing effect for dry hard, plastic and various proportion of concrete.
Ⅱ. Weighing equipment
Weighing and batching equipment is an important piece of equipment in the concrete production process, which controls the ratio of various mixes. The accuracy of the weighing and batching has a great influence on the strength of the concrete. Therefore, accurate and efficient weighing equipment can not only improve productivity, but also is a reliable guarantee for the production of superior concrete.
Ⅲ. Hopper equipment
Hopper equipment consists of storage hopper, discharge equipment (gate, feeder) and some other ancillary devices. The hopper equipment plays the role of an intermediate warehouse in the production and is used to balance the production. In concrete mixing plants, the hopper equipment is used in conjunction with automatic scales for batching. Therefore it is a component of the process equipment and not a storage place for bulk materials.
IV. Inclined belt conveyor (large inclination belt conveyor is recommended)
Concrete mixing plant aggregate feeding system adopts inclined belt conveyor for feeding (large inclination belt conveyor), the feeding belt machine adopts herringbone pattern type inclined belt machine, the head of which is directly located on the mixer, and the aggregate is directly fed from the belt machine output. The belt conveyor is installed at a dispatchable inclination, which makes the process simple and compact, making the configuration of the commercial mixing plant ideal. The benefits of a large inclination belt conveyor are a small footprint and a large conveying inclination angle, generally 70°
It is mainly used for continuous conveying of bulk materials at a large inclination angle.
V. Metering System
The metering system of the concrete mixing plant adopts a modular design for the metering devices of cement and admixtures, water and additives and their shelf structure, which are located directly on the mixer. This makes the metering devices concentrated, the frame body united and the support shortened. The upper structure of the mixer is compact, easy to install and debug, convenient to dismantle and move, the mixer table is smooth, easy to maintain and the appearance is more concise and beautiful.
Ⅵ. Cement silo
The cement silo is a storage device for powder in concrete mixing plant and is equipped with silo dust collector and arch breaking device. The dust collector at the top of the silo adopts advanced bag type dust collector, which has better dust removal effect and can be used repeatedly, and is equipped with vibration dust cleaning function; the arch breaking point is increased, which has better arch breaking effect.
Ⅶ. Material transportation equipment
Transport equipment includes aggregate transport equipment, cement conveying equipment and water pump. Aggregate transport equipment has belt machine, lifting bucket, etc., of which belt machine is the more commonly used aggregate transport equipment in the mixing plant, and it is the transport equipment that can be used in the first-step mixing plant; cement conveying equipment basically has two types: screw conveyor and pneumatic conveying system, pneumatic conveying system is to make cement suspended in the air, and this mixed gas will be transported along the pipeline, consisting of feeder, conveying pipe and dust collector. However, the application is not very widespread.
