Working Principle and Usage of Cement Silo
It is typically utilized in bulk cement garage, wherein bulk cement silo is a closed tank for storing bulk materials. it's far normally used for storing numerous bulk materials including grain, cement, fly ash, and so on. a cloth level system is set up on the tank, which could immediately show the position and amount of substances. the hole-breaking tool can relieve the firmness because of lengthy-time period fabric deposition. the cement silo can be used with screw pump to move materials to any position. this tank is handy to install, secure and dependable, and is the most perfect bulk storage tank for numerous blending stations.
1. When the cement silo (tank) is working, it must be erected with a special crane, and then placed on the pre-made concrete foundation. At the same time, check the vertical angle between the cement silo (tank) and the horizontal plane after it is erected, and finally weld its bottom and foundation embedded parts firmly.
2. After the storage bin is fixed, the cement is transported to the construction site by a bulk cement truck, and then the conveying pipeline of the bulk cement truck is connected with the feeding pipeline of the cement silo (cement tank), and the cement in the tank is transported to the cement silo (tank) by the gas pressure of the bulk cement truck.
3. When conveying cement into the storage bin, the operator should keep pressing the button of the vibration motor of the dust collector to shake off the cement on the dust collector bag, so as to avoid blocking the bag and causing the bin explosion.4. As long as the cloth bag is blocked, the pressure in the warehouse exceeds the safe pressure of the pressure relief valve at the top of the warehouse, and the pressure relief valve needs to be opened immediately to release the pressure in the warehouse, thus avoiding the explosion of the warehouse.
5. By observing the material level, you can know that the warehouse is full and short of materials.
6. When discharging, the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone should be opened first, and then the cement should be conveyed by the cement conveying device. When discharging, if the phenomenon of "arching" occurs, the button of the electromagnetic valve of the arch breaking device should be immediately pressed to blow air to eliminate the "arching" for feeding, so that cement can be supplied smoothly.
7. When the cement conveying device (screw conveyor) fails, the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone should be closed to avoid cement overflow and waste.
