Asphalt mixing plant

Asphalt mixing plant, also known as asphalt concrete mixing plant, refers to the complete set of equipment used in the mass production of asphalt concrete, can produce asphalt mixture, modified asphalt mixture, coloured asphalt mixture, is the construction of highways, highways, municipal roads, airports, ports and the necessary equipment. 

Components of the whole machine

Asphalt mixing plant mainly consists of batching system, drying system, combustion system, hot material lifting, vibrating screen, hot material storage bin, weighing and mixing system, asphalt supplying system, powder supplying system, dust removal system, finished product bin and control system. Equipment classification

1. According to the production capacity can be divided into: small, medium and large.

Small, that is, the production rate of 40t / h or less;

Medium-sized, that is, the production rate of 40 to 400t / h;

Large-scale, i.e., the production rate is more than 400t/h. 2.

2. According to the handling mode (migration mode) can be divided into: mobile, semi-fixed and fixed.

Mobile, i.e. silo and mixing pot with tyres, can be transferred with the construction site location, applicable to county and township roads and low-grade highway projects;

Semi-fixed, that is, the equipment is installed on several trailers, assembled at the construction site, mostly used in road construction;

Fixed, that is, the equipment is fixed at the place of operation, also known as asphalt concrete processing plant, applicable to the project concentration, urban road construction.

3. According to the process (mixing method) can be divided into: continuous drum and intermittent forced.

Continuous drum type, that is, the use of continuous uninterrupted mixing production, heating and drying of aggregates and mixing the mixture in the same drum continuously;

Forced intermittent type, that is, the heating and drying of aggregate and mixing of materials are forced to carry out periodically. The equipment is mixed separately in one pot, and each pot is mixed for 45 to 60 seconds, and the output depends on the model of the equipment.

Mobile asphalt mixing plant features:
