HZSseries Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant
At present, mobile concrete mixing plants are mainly divided into tractor type and trailer type. The tractor type chassis contains a complete front and rear axle; the trailer type chassis only has a rear axle, and the front end is placed on the saddle axle of the tractor.
1.Quick disassembly, easy to move
When transferring to another site: except for the screw conveyor and cement silo, the whole mixing plant can be moved by dropping the front end; others such as the walking platform and the raised plate can be folded down and all control cables need not be dismantled. The dismantled accessories can be taken away with the plant.
The Xinjiante mobile mixing plant is equipped with tyres, traction pins, signalling device and braking system, allowing a maximum speed of 50 km/h when the trailer is towed.
For installation: a flat and hardened surface is required; dismantling and installation requires the cooperation of a 30 ton crane.

The structure of the mobile concrete mixing plant
1. Chassis: cantilevered chassis with towing pins and parking legs; the chassis is equipped with the mixer, cement and water admixture weighing scales; the surrounding inspection platform and railing are attached.
2. Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the chassis and contains the fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. The control system is the same as that of the stationary mixing plant; the control room acts as the front support point for the whole plant when in working condition and is stored in the inner space of the stand when in transit; all control lines do not need to be dismantled.
3. Aggregate batching and metering: This system is located at the rear end of the whole plant, the upper part is the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments and equipped with a raised plate to increase the storage capacity, the door is opened and operated pneumatically in turn, and the aggregate is measured in a cumulative manner for various materials. The bottom part is equipped with a walking rear axle and working frame legs.
4. Belt conveyor frame: The frame is a truss structure connecting the mainframe chassis and the aggregate batching frame, with a belt frame inside; the mainframe, belt frame and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the mobile mixing plant.
5. External parts: Cement silo and screw conveyor, the external parts are integral parts no matter when working or transporting, so they can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
6. Mixing machine: Generally, JS type forced mixer is used, which can mix liquid and dry concrete quickly and evenly.
